To help bring this vision to life, we’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (m/f/d) to strengthen our talented Product Team.

What you'll be doing:

In a nutshell: developing new features and enhancing our backend infrastructure.

• You’ll work with the team to create innovative solutions at the highest professional and technical levels, using Node.js and TypeScript for backend development.
• You’ll play a key role in technical planning, architecture design, and coordinating backend interfaces.
• You’ll contribute ideas to make Bling even better and collaborate closely with our developers, designers, and product managers. Together, we push boundaries to make Bling the go-to app for families.

What we're looking for:

• You bring extensive and solid experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• You are proficient in working with databases such as MongoDB, AWS, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
• You have experience with Docker or other container technologies.
• You are a team player, motivated to help us advance financial education for families.
• You are passionate about fintechs like Bling that are transforming the banking world.
• You are fluent in English and ideally also in German.
• You are based in Berlin and enjoy working in a hybrid setup with regular in-office presence.
