For this journey, we’re looking for a CRM Manager to fuel the growth and retention of our user base through innovative, strategic communication. Join our talented team of two experienced CRM Managers to collaboratively shape and execute high-impact campaigns that truly resonate with our customers.
What you'll be doing
In a nutshell: As our CRM Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our customer engagement efforts, responsible for both crafting and implementing our lifecycle communication strategy. You’ll manage CRM activities for over +100k customers, with a strong focus on activation and conversion, ensuring our messaging resonates and drives action. This involves:
- Owning and driving early lifecycle communication across push, email, and in-app channels
- Developing targeted, high-impact communication for specific customer segments to maximize engagement and retention
- Designing and executing A/B tests to optimize campaigns and scale successes
- Analyzing the performance of CRM campaigns, gathering insights, and driving continuous improvement
- Scheduling and managing push notifications, emails, and in-app messages using Customer.io
- Collaborating closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to brainstorm, develop, and brief new campaigns
What we're looking for:
- You have 1-4 years of experience in CRM campaign management, and a track record of driving results
- You bring experience thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented startup environment
- You’ve managed B2C CRM systems like Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, or LeanPlum
- You bring analytical skills and understand the importance of brand alignment in communication
- (First) experience with coding languages like JSON, Liquid, or HTML is a plus
- You’re excited to work hands-on, roll up your sleeves, and make a big impact in a small team
- You are fluent in English and possess a good understanding of German
