For this journey, we're searching for an Art Director to help us lead our creative projects from concept to execution.

What you'll be doing

In a nutshell: Driving creative concepts and flawless execution to enhance visual communications, elevate brand identity, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints, ultimately boosting campaign performance in the short term and strengthening brand perception for long-term success.

• Develop impactful visual campaign concepts and creative assets, focusing primarily on digital channels, but also extending to TV, OOH, and Print when necessary
• Enhance and evolve our corporate design, imagery, and overall brand look and feel, ensuring consistency and the highest quality of visual storytelling across all mediums
• Work closely with UX/UI and our Product Design team to create and refine design manuals that guide our visual identity
• Collaborate with Copywriters, Videographers, and Content Creators to produce outstanding creative work that aligns with our brand’s vision and goals

What we're looking for:

• A Degree in Design or a related field, showcasing your creative foundation and expertise
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma), with bonus points for experience in motion design (After Effects, Cinema 4D)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to lead and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• A hands-on, creative thinker who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and can connect with anyone.
• Proficiency in both English and German
